SHOPPING CART INSTRUCTIONS
Welcome to the world of online shopping. First we would like to assure you that online shopping with us is VERY SAFE, to learn more read our security information.
We are sure that you will love the products you can find on this site but if for any reason you are not satisfied we have spelled out for you our return and cancellation policy.
We think you will find the shopping cart very easy to use and quite self explanatory. For your peace of mind and convenience we have spelled out below the step by step instructions for the shopping cart and explanations of what happens at each step in the process.
 | When you find a product that you want to purchase click on the "order" button. |
| You will jump to your "virtual shopping basket" that shows you what you have ordered and gives you the opportunity to specify how many you want of each item. If there are options available for the product you order then you will be asked to specify these options before you see the shopping basket. |
| From the shopping cart display you can finalize your purchases (checkout) at any time by clicking on the checkout button in the upper right hand corner. |
| The contents of your shopping cart will remain until you leave the site, delete them (remove) or finalize your purchase. You can continue to explore the site without losing anything. |
| When you are finished making your selections click the "checkout" button in the upper right hand corner of the shopping basket. |
| You will now enter the secure server, you will probably get a message that tells you you are about to connect to a secure server. |
| There are now 2 options: If you think you will be visiting us again you should select the create new account option. This will record your name and address information and remember it to save you time on future visits. If you think this will be a one time purchase you can select the place order without account option. Selecting this option the system will not remember you in the future and you will not be eligible for repeat customer discounts. |
| The next screen will allow you to enter billing and shipping addresses. If you have an account (you have purchased from us before and selected the option to open an account) then your information will be automatically displayed. When you have entered this information click on the "continue" button at the lower right of the page. |
| On the next screen you will see your order and any applicable taxes. At this point in the lower left of the screen you can select how you want your purchases shipped to you and the costs for the various methods. You will also select a payment method (Discover, Visa, MasterCard or pay by check). Again click the "continue" button once you have made your selections. |
| You will now see a complete summary of your order and the final total. At the bottom of the page you should enter your credit card or check information and click "continue". |
| If you chose to pay by credit card there will now be a delay while the computer verifies that the credit card number you entered is valid and belongs to you. |
| Congratulations and thank you, your purchase is complete. A copy of your invoice will be sent to you via e-mail within the hour. If you chose to pay by check your order will ship as soon as your check arrives at our office. Please send your check to: BC Styleyes, 39562 Highway 226, Scio, OR 97374. |
